JUDGING

To appropriately award deserving members of the district, the Member Recognition Committee needs help in judging all the contest submissions. It is an honor to serve as a judge and should not be taken lightly. Serving as a judge is a good experience for Key Club members and will help you in your next term as you apply for your own contests!

Division Judging Committee
The Division Judging Committee is a committee of members and officers that judge all Division-judged contests for their respective division. Committee members must be dues-paid, open-minded, unbiased, and available on the date of judging.

Please contact your Lieutenant Governor for more information!

District Judging Committee
The District Judging Committee assists the Member Recognition Committee in judging all District-judged contests. Committee members must be current Key Club members in good standing (dues-paid and served at least 50 hours of service), have general knowledge about the levels and focus of Key Club, and have the ability to work with a team and deadlines.

Judges can participate in two types of judging: District Judging or On-Site Judging. District Judging occurs via the Internet, while On-Site Judging occurs in-person at District Convention 2025. On-Site judges must attend DCON and may not be candidates for higher office or in any other position which will conflict during the times of contest judging.

Applications for the 2024-2025 District Judging Committee will be released in January!
