Coins For Charity
MV, D27S
Throughout the entire month of January, Division 27 South held a Coins for Charity fundraiser. During this fundraiser, members had the opportunity to donate pennies, quarters, and any other spare change to their respective home clubs. With the goal being to reach the Division PTP goal of $3,000, the Koi Fish of Division 27 South ended up successfully surpassing this. We raised a total of over $300 and reached a total of $3,400 PTP funds raised by the end of the month!
Love On Ice
EP, Serrano, D36N
I went ice skating with friends a few days ago for a major key club function, and it was an exciting experience. We took to the ice with great excitement as soon as we laced up our skates, skating across the slippery surface. As we tried to perform spins and maneuvers around turns, laughter echoed around us. We occasionally stumbled but always got each other back up with a cheery pat. Our self-assurance increased with every lap, and before long, we were expertly and gracefully gliding among others. We unwillingly left the ice as the session was coming to an end, making plans for our upcoming trip together. It was a fun day full of jokes, friendship, and the delight of going on an ice adventure together.
Conclave
SL, West CTA, D28W
This was the first conclave I have ever attended and I am so glad I did! I loved hanging out with other Key Clubbers across the region and I was so proud to see my good friend Ariel be elected as our next LTG. Can't wait to see what she’ll bring to the next term!
