Key Leader

When asked to describe Key Leader in one word, I simply cannot find one to describe it best. This was such a memorable weekend that made you reassess, not just what you thought you knew about leadership, but your actions and how you interact with others. We went through presentations on the different aspects of leadership. We also completed projects along the way which often included some form of poster-making. However, we still had plenty of time to get to meet new people from other divisions and explore the area around us. We went on hikes and spent lots of time outside (when it wasn’t raining). I would like to say that my favorite part was the hike, however, the s’mores on our second-night win, especially after a long rainy day. Key Leader was an incredible experience and I highly recommend that people should go to this event!
