September DCM

AT, D39

On September 10, 2023, I held my September Division 39 Council Meeting. The meeting had 9 attendees (members, officers, and advisors) from Central Valley, Red Bluff, and Shasta Key Clubs. Club representatives shared club reports about what their clubs did during the past month. I then went over useful resources, the Division 39 annual plan, DLT applications, and the Division 39 monthly newsletter. I also provided details about D20 x D39 OTC, R14 RTC, and FRN, which are all in September and October. Lastly, I answered members’ questions about Division 39 and upcoming events. Overall, the DCM went very well and I am glad to have had attendees from 3 clubs.
