Food Pantry

During the entirety of summer break, the Arroyo Seals were able to provide quality service towards our local food pantry, called Our Saviour Food Pantry. On Tuesdays and Thursdays every week throughout the summer, the seals had a chance to volunteer from 8AM to 1PM, getting a chance to interact with people, organize and pass out food for the people in our community who are less fortunate. From frozen tamales to fresh berries, the seals spent countless hours giving out food and helping them take it to their cars. It provided a chance to get to know how a food pantry works and it enabled seals to provide service as well as have fun with other seals by bonding over these kinds of service events.
