On the 26th of July, some members of Taft Key Club got together to discuss possible service opportunities and events that we can hold this upcoming year. We met in a plaza, bought some drinks from a cafe, and got to work!!. We started off by looking through service opportunities that were previously provided and successful. This led us to finding some entertaining service events, such as Origami for Good and Rice Run!!! These are extremely fun service events that will hopefully get more people to be willing to participate. To continue, we also discussed the possibilities of collaboration with other clubs that are a part of our school. Taft Key Club, along with other clubs, held a night market last year. It was an amazing event that got many people interested in joining Key Club, as well as the other clubs that helped collaborate on it!! We plan to bring it back and to hold another similar event this upcoming year! To find out what this event is, you will have to stay updated with Taft Key Club throughout this year!! Overall, this meeting was extremely helpful and productive. It also helped foster closer friendships and cooperation between team members!!!
