Chinatown StreetFest

An interclub between multiple clubs in our division and outside along with other service organizations such as Interact and AYSC. This event took place on August 24th and 25th, 2024, in Oakland’s Chinatown. I got to help with selling T-shirts for one of the sponsors of the festival other than that there were tasks such as basketball and selling goldfish and a few other things. However a negative would be that I saw how there was a lack of jobs and some key clubbers having nothing to do the entire day. Overall, it was fun, especially seeing the performances on the stage in the plaza, a bonus was seeing some of my friends performing. Plus the free boba after the event was over made it even better.
