OTC

TM, Clark Magnet, D03N

July's OTC was held at Herbert Hoover High School on Sunday, July 7, 2024. I noticed that a large number of people attended the event. In other words, people from different schools within D03N and DO3S regions attended. There were attendees from Clark Magnet (myself included), Verdugo Hills, Crescenta Valley, Hoover, and more. This month's OTC had more than one primary activity. There were Round Robins, where you were divided into groups and rotated to learn about the various positions in Key Club (whether you are a part of the DLT or an officer/member of your school's Key Club). Furthermore, there were General Sessions in which the LTGs discussed various topics related to Key Club. As part of the OTC, we also had a mini scavenger hunt that involved eight tasks. The first three people to email their evidence to Jacklyn, DO3S's LTG, would win a prize. Plushies were given away as prizes. I had a positive experience during this month's OTC. During this experience, I gained a greater understanding of the various positions in Key Club and found it beneficial to learn more about them.
