>On Saturday, October 5th, Region 8 gathered at Mayfair High School to attend the Region Training Conference. The Division leadership team from all divisions arrived earlier to help set up the decorations and presentations. Around 10:30 AM, members from all divisions started registering and paying the fee. At around 11 AM, the first session for presentations started, and after around 20-30 minutes, the second presentation also started. At around 1 PM, everyone gathered in the dining area to eat delicious Italian food from one of our sponsors. Throughout the lunch period, the clubs from various divisions hosted a service expo which entertained the members to be interactive but have fun at the same time. After eating, some of the DLT members started decorating the bleachers in the gymnasium for the RTC spirit sessions while the rest of the members started the third presentation session. After the presentations, the divisions started practicing the chants for the spirit sessions around the high school. When the RTC session started and the different divisions entered the gymnasium, it was filled with enthusiasm and energy. Throughout the chants, the divisions cheered each other on creating a sportsmanship-like atmosphere while having a good competition. After announcing the winners, the Division 13 South Ninjas, all members have left with new memories from this year's RTC.
