July 4th Pancake Breakfast Event

On the fourth of July, members from various Key Clubs in D04S went to El Toro High School to assist in Kiwanis Club’s annual July 4th Pancake Breakfast service during the Fourth of July Parade! These volunteers woke up early to be there at 6am, and they prepped the tables for eating and organized supplies to ensure a smooth process once customers started arriving. During the event, they passed out pancakes, sausages, and drinks to those attending the parade. When it was all over, the volunteers helped cleanup the eating tables and put away the chairs and tables that were used. During this 6-hour event, members were able to meet those from other schools and make new memories, and they are looking forward to participating in this event next year!
