Relay For Life
SB, Eleanor Roosevelt High School, Division 15 South
On May 13, Eleanor Roosevelt's Key Club collaborated with the American Cancer Society for the Relay For Life event. Relay For Life is an annual event that honors cancer survivors and those who have passed away. Our volunteers engaged in various activities during the event. Some members and officers helped raise funds by selling stickers or bracelets, while others assisted in serving breakfast and dinner to attendees. Eleanor Roosevelt Key Club achieved second place for raising the most money at the event. In the afternoon and evening, our volunteers participated in games such as bobsled races, musical chairs, and a sponge game. We extend our gratitude to Ashley Nguyen and Jasmine Hwang, the co-presidents of the American Cancer Society, for inviting us to collaborate with them in this event.
