Roseville Movie Night

In the month of September, Roseville Key Club hosted a Key Club 101 and movie night social event in which new members were given the opportunity to meet their board, learn more about Key Club, watch a movie with their friends, and participate in a small service event by coloring in Color a Smile pages to be sent to local hospitals and seniors. About forty members participated in the event, and we were able to collect over a hundred Color a Smile papers. Pizza, candy, and soda were also sold to raise funds for the Pediatric Trauma Program, and we were able to raise approximately $60 total. Many members came with their friends and were able to socialize and meet their fellow Key Clubbers as well. Members seemed to show a lot of interest in the prospect of another movie night in the future, so this event was a great success! We are planning another movie night for the month of October due to the event’s popularity among our members!
