Sunrise Athletics Course

The Sunrise Athletics Obstacle Course Fun Runs took place on Sunday, July 3, 2022. This event was located at Bayfront Soccer Fields and lasted from 7:00 AM-10:30 AM. It was an outdoor event and it was a rainy morning. All Key Club members were invited to this event if they had signed up for it. This event was held to help set up the different types of obstacle courses and help clean up after the event. The different types of obstacle courses included potato sack, mini hurdles, a crawl station, bucket toss, soccer dribble and shoot, bear crawl, water tube run through, water gauntlet, and a plank walk. For these different obstacle courses, members had to stay at their assigned course, wait until participants came to them, and cheer and guide the participants to where they needed to go. After all the participants had completed the race, members had to help pack and load things away. We completed the event an hour earlier than anticipated and were able to leave after clean-up.
