How to Run for Club Office
There are a number of offices you can run for on the club level.
According to the Key Club International Bylaws and Guidebook these are the standard club officers:

Conclaves
A Conclave is an event usually run by the current Lt. Governor of the division to elect the next Lt. Governor to represent that division on the District Board. Each Dues paid club is allowed to have two voting delegates that vote for the candidate they think will do the best job.

How to Run for District or International Office (Candidate information)

Key Club members interested in being a candidate for a District Officer Position (Governor, Secretary, or Treasurer) must attend the Candidate Training Conference (CTC). Potential Candidates/Participants from Hawaii will need to contact the District Administrator directly; please copy your Region Advisor. If you are interested in an International position, there will be a webinar that you can attend to help you understand what the position(s) entail. SEE Below for International Office Information

Times 10:30am - 4:30pm [NOTE: This event starts on time but may finishearlier depending on the number of participants]
Location South Kiwanis Professional Center, 8360 Red Oak Street, Rancho Cucamonga, CA 91730

Travel Participants who will be flying to District CTC can be reimbursed. If so, contact Mr. Roberson and Mr. Bruce Hennings immediately with flight plans. Must be scheduled at least two weeks in advance.

How to run for District Endorsment for International Office
International Office Candidate Training Conference Registration.
This is mandatory if you want to run for District Endorsement at the CNH District Convention that is required in order to run for one of the International Officer positions.
Step 1:Register Here for this CTC for those seeking District Endorsement for an International Office
This will be available to register by Wednesday January 20th. The CTC will be a Teleconference Scheduled for January 27th and January 28th from 8PM to 9PM with you choosing the day that works best for you.
Suggestion: Download the Service agreement and get it filled out with all required signatures, then if you decide to run you can be sure to send it in by the Due date.
