    Start planning and preparing a budget for DCON 2018

    Do you know what your school board policies are for overnight trips?

    • To ensure that you can attend DCON, please look into your school policies. All schools do have policies that must be followed when planning field trips! 
    • Reach out to your school principal, site controller, or associated student body to determine what paperwork is required for your club to attend DCON
    • Similar forms can be School Transportation Form, Chaperone Background Check, School District Approval Request.

    Chaperones
    • DCON requires a STRICT ratio of chaperones and MUST be followed 
    • 1 Chaperones : 10 Key Clubbers
    • GENDER MATTERS
    • If you have 10 girls and 2 boys, you will need 1 female chaperone and one male chaperones REGARDLESS
    • Chaperones may be shared among other clubs within your division.
    • Start looking for chaperones now!!! 
    • Each chaperone still has to pay the registration fees as well!

    Workshop Presenter Application

    The Member Relations Committee is looking for bright, aspiring individuals that can lead a workshop during District Convention this spring. As a workshop presenter, you have the opportunity to speak in front of hundreds of Key Clubbers all over the CNH Key Club District. Create a one-of-a-kind environment where you can interact with Key Clubbers, share passionate stories, and inspire the next generation of leaders.

    If this is not your first time attending DCON, then HIGHLY consider applying to present a workshop! Additionally if you know any outside organization that would be interested in presenting at DCON, please recommend and forward this application to them.

    Your presentation should follow one or more of the following training strands:

    • Leadership
    • Service
    • Kiwanis Family
    • Personal Growth
    • Technology and Media

    STEP UP TO LEAD THE SERVICE SAFARI!

    APPLICATION IS DUE ON DECEMBER 15th BEFORE 6 PM PST - NO EXCEPTIONS.

    Applicants will be informed about the decision in January
